Cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

Cancellations/rescheduling issues: We require that a client provide a reasonable notice of at least 72 hours in the event of a need to reschedule, outside of medical emergencies. Failure to provide a timely notification will result in the forfeiture of the scheduled session if it is part of a multiple session package or the pre-payment of the rescheduled session.

Refunds are not offered outside of the untimely demise of the pet in question. The responsability to take advantage of the remaining sessions of a multiple session package is on the client. Waiver of the time requirement when needed is not a problem.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO GIVE OUT BEHAVIOR ADVICE OVER THE PHONE OR VIA EMAIL IF WE HAVE NOT EVALUATED YOUR DOG IN PERSON. THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING THIS.
